We’re excited to share an important milestone in our journey: Fentanyl Free Oregon has officially been recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization by the IRS (EIN: 33-4822504).
This designation strengthens our ability to build local partnerships and secure funding to support life-saving fentanyl awareness efforts. It also means that donations to Fentanyl Free Oregon are now tax-deductible, allowing supporters to invest directly in protecting youth, families, and communities.
Fentanyl Free Oregon is grateful for the support it has received from this community so far. Obtaining 501(c)(3) status marks a major step forward, and we are excited about the important work ahead.
